He emphasized the importance of this project for Nuevo León and mentioned other public work plans underway, such as the Interserrana Highway and the construction of a new Children's Hospital.
During the event, the president of CMIC, Roberto Macías Quintanilla, praised García Sepúlveda, calling him "the governor of infrastructure."
