Coca Cola Femsa (Kof) has informed that its Board of Directors has proposed an ordinary cash dividend of 7.36 pesos per KOF UBL unit, equivalent to 0.92 pesos per share. This dividend will be distributed in four equal payments of 1.84 pesos for each KOF UBL unit (equivalent to 0.23 per share) starting in the months of April, July, October, and December 2025. In total, the proposed dividend amounts to 15 billion 462 million pesos.

The company has detailed that the dividend proposal and payment dates are subject to the approval of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting, the date of which is yet to be confirmed. This news represents an important step for the company's shareholders, as it ensures a cash return on investment in the coming quarters.
