In Nuevo León (NL), the president of the Public Brokers College of NL (CCPNL), Rodrigo Verástegui Soria, highlighted that public brokers play a fundamental role by providing specialized advice on legal, commercial, and contractual matters, ensuring safe and transparent operations. He emphasized the importance of strengthening membership and adopting better practices so that these are reflected in the current regulations regarding laws and rules.

In a challenging context due to the imminent review of the USMCA and digital transformation, Verástegui Soria stressed the need to adapt to the new technological reality, incorporating tools such as Artificial Intelligence and electronic record-keeping. During the oath-taking ceremony, he highlighted the importance of a robust academic agenda to train brokers and keep them updated on new technologies.

During the presidency period of the college (2025-2026), Verástegui Soria proposed to work on an academic agenda that enhances brokers' knowledge of new technologies. He also mentioned the college's participation in a Legislative Commission of the National College of Public Brokers, which allows them to give opinions on new laws related to technological transformation.

For his part, the president of the Board of Directors of the Mexican National College of Public Brokerage, Eduardo Ruiz, highlighted the important role that public brokers play in supporting the economic development of the states in which they operate. Ruiz praised the dynamism and professionalism of colleagues in Nuevo León, as well as the exemplary economic and technological development taking place in the region for the benefit of the entire country.
