The parents of the beneficiaries of the Rita Cetina Scholarship will have access to the Status Finder to obtain relevant information about the financial support provided by the federal government. This platform allows students and their families to know specific details about the assigned scholarship, such as confirmation of the benefit, approved scholarship, payment methods, process for delivering the Bienestar card, pending payments, application history, and messages from the Benito Juárez Scholarship system.
To access this information, it is necessary to visit the Status Finder page and enter the 18 characters of the CURP of the registered student, ensuring that their status appears as activated. During the month of March, the delivery of the Bienestar cards for the Rita Cetina Scholarship continues, so it is urged to check the status to verify the student's registration and obtain information about the card delivery. Those who have already received the card will be notified that the payment of social support will begin on March 3, 2025.
Additionally, parents are informed that there is an increase of 700 pesos for each additional student in the family receiving the scholarship. The Secretariat of Public Education will soon publish the official payment calendar for the Rita Cetina Scholarship and the Benito Juárez Scholarships in order to support Mexican families and ensure the educational continuity of students by eliminating economic barriers.
The delivery of the Rita Cetina Scholarship cards will conclude on March 28, 2025, in all public schools in the country, according to information from the SEP. Parents and guardians of students must present an official ID and proof of address on the date and time designated by school authorities to receive the card. Once received, it is expected that, within a period of at least 10 days, beneficiaries will receive the first payment of the scholarship, amounting to 1,900 pesos bimonthly for secondary school students.
