In the case of the IMSS Pension, retirees usually receive the corresponding deposit on the first business day of each month, with adjustments if it falls on a weekend or holiday. In addition to the monthly payment, beneficiaries have access to other benefits such as medical care, discounts in establishments, and advice.
Pensioners of the IMSS under Law 73 can request a 15% increase in the April payment due to family allowances. This increase varies depending on the family load of the beneficiary, with a possible increase of 15% for a wife or partner and an additional 10% for each child.
The 15% increase in the IMSS Pension payment is subject to verification of additional dependents by retirees under Law 73, as indicated by the IMSS. Pensioners can request this economic assistance known as family allowance if they have direct dependents.
