New Chapter Launched to Promote Young Entrepreneurs

A new chapter at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Santa Fe aims to boost young entrepreneurs by providing opportunities for leadership, innovation, and responsible business practices. The initiative focuses on forging alliances and fostering an entrepreneurial ecosystem within the university.


New Chapter Launched to Promote Young Entrepreneurs

The Employers' Confederation of the Mexican Republic Mexico City (Coparmex CDMX) has highlighted the importance of empowering young people with vision to strengthen impactful businesses and build an innovative, sustainable, and competitive future. The president of the Young Entrepreneurs Commission of Coparmex CDMX, Adal Ortiz Ávalos, along with Marco Galicia, emphasized the relevance of uniting young talent with real growth opportunities.

With the aim of fostering entrepreneurial spirit among the new generations, Adal Ortiz Ávalos led the commitment of the new University Chapter of Coparmex at the Monterrey Institute of Technology, Santa Fe campus. Paulina Campos Villaseñor and Karla Vargas Díaz, executives of the Monterrey Institute of Technology, supported the initiative and highlighted the importance of promoting entrepreneurship from the university stage.

The board of the University Chapter of Coparmex at the Tec de Monterrey, Santa Fe campus, includes Valeria Moreno as president, Valeria López as vice president, Diego Acosta as secretary general, and Erick Morales in administrative coordination. Valeria Moreno, a Business Intelligence student, assumes the presidency of the chapter and emphasizes that her main objective is to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem on campus.

During the ceremony, Moreno emphasized that the chapter's commitment is to develop leadership skills, innovation, and business responsibility among students. The chapter also aims to establish alliances with other institutions to expand the reach of entrepreneurship and strengthen a business culture based on knowledge, innovation, and social responsibility.

The event was attended by authorities from the Monterrey Institute of Technology, businesspeople, and students committed to the development of young talent. Through mentorships, specialized training, and dialogue spaces, this chapter will allow students to prepare as future entrepreneurs and businesspeople.

With this new chapter, Coparmex CDMX reaffirms its commitment to forming young leaders who drive the growth of the country through innovation and entrepreneurship. Alejandra Guerrero leads the sponsorship coordination, René Soriano is part of the administration coordination, and Ludovic Delot along with Mónica Estrada are in charge of communication in this project.
