In an action carried out last month, members of the State Police, in collaboration with personnel from Pemex's Physical Security, the National Defense Secretariat (Defense), and the Navy Secretariat (Semar), discovered two illegal hydrocarbon taps near Federal Transisthmian Highway 185, in the Paso Guayabo agency of the municipality of Matías Romero Avendaño.
