Ariadna Montiel, Secretary of Welfare, announced that payments for the various supports for the May-June bimonthly period were delayed due to the holiday days of May 1 and 5. Montiel communicated that the disbursement of payments will start on May 7 to compensate for the delay.
This time, the payments correspond to pensions for Older Adults, People with Disabilities, Women's Welfare, and Working Mothers. To access the Welfare Pension, certain requirements must be met such as presenting a birth certificate, a valid official identification, CURP, proof of address, contact numbers, and filling out the Welfare form at the module.
To locate the nearest registration module, one can access the official page of the Ministry of Welfare, select the "Locate Module" option of the program, enter the state and municipality of residence to obtain the address and a map of the corresponding module. Once the registration process is completed and eligibility is validated, beneficiaries will receive financial support every two months through the Banco del Bienestar card, with the first payments estimated for January 2025.
