International toy retailer Toys “R” Us has inaugurated a new store in Querétaro, Mexico, marking its ninth location in the country and reinforcing its presence in one of the fastest-growing states. The decision to open in Querétaro was driven by the region's significant dynamism and demographic growth. The new store features a unique concept that combines toy sales with interactive spaces, offering activities for girls, boys, and families. The goal is to sell not just toys, but experiences. Among the available areas are Build-A-Bear, Gashapon, Nintendo zones, playgrounds, and specialized sections for brands like Lego, Playmobil, Barbie, and Hot Wheels. This format aims to expand the traditional shopping experience into a more participative environment.
