Isuzu Motors of Mexico reinforces its customer service strategy through a comprehensive training ecosystem aimed at maximizing vehicle performance and business profitability. After achieving a 58.68% growth in its retail sales and reaching a 9.29% share of the national market in the first quarter of this year, the company is strengthening its approach. According to the report by the Mexican Association of Automobile Distributors (AMDA) with data from INEGI, Isuzu now ranks fourth among heavy-duty vehicle manufacturers in the country. The company has consolidated a national network of 36 dealers and 40 workshops that guarantees not only operational coverage but also specialized technical service. At these locations, trained personnel provide service backed by original parts, a key element for prolonging vehicle life and ensuring performance on the road. One of the central pillars of this strategy is its permanent training program for operators, held on the second Saturday of each month at dealerships across the country. This is complemented by the adoption of daily inspection routines, which allow for the preventive detection of failures and avoidance of unplanned downtime. In parallel, the manufacturer has expanded its training offering to service workshops, particularly concerning the technological transition involved in the Euro VI emissions standard. These specialized trainings address the operation of advanced post-treatment systems like DPD and SCR, as well as regeneration processes and the proper use of inputs such as Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF). Through this, Isuzu not only prepares its technical network to serve new generations of vehicles but also contributes to meeting stricter environmental regulations, aligning with emission reduction goals in the transport sector. The programs are available to both individual customers and companies with fleets and affiliated workshops, expanding the reach of this strategy and reinforcing the brand's bond with its users. To date, Isuzu Motors of Mexico has over 70,000 vehicles in circulation that are actively contributing to the nation's productive development, which is why it bets on a comprehensive service model that combines technology, knowledge, and technical support to drive a more efficient, safe, and sustainable operation in road transport.
