Economic Incentives for Healthcare Personnel

IMSS-Bienestar will deliver economic incentives and labor benefits to its personnel in 23 federal entities for Health Workers' Day, reaffirming its commitment to labor rights and quality medical care.

The Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS-Bienestar) celebrated Health Workers' Day by announcing the delivery of labor benefits and an economic stimulus for performance and productivity to its staff in the 23 federal entities where it operates. This gesture underscores the institution's commitment to ensuring job stability and decent conditions for those providing services to the population.

The economic incentives, which are already in the process of distribution, will be delivered shortly in recognition of the effort and commitment of health personnel. IMSS-Bienestar reaffirms its commitment to labor rights, stability, and the provision of quality, timely, universal, and free medical services for citizens.

The institution also commits to addressing any outstanding issues with workers through direct and transparent communication, aimed at benefiting all who collaborate in the institution to improve health in the country. Health professionals will sign for receipt during this process, ensuring transparency at all stages of the delivery.

IMSS-Bienestar highlights the invaluable work of health professionals, considered the pillar of the institution. The delivery process of the incentives includes sending cards to the 23 federal IMSS-Bienestar coordinations, which will then be distributed in medical units as a demonstration of recognition and support for their work.
