According to reports, so far, 28 elderly adults have been victims of fraud after they approached the individual who offered advice on pensions. Now, Manuel "N" is in justified preventive detention, waiting for the constitutional term for the judge to decide on the linking to the process to conclude.

Manuel "N"'s modus operandi consisted of advertising himself through social media and promoting substantial increases in pensions or retirement projects ranging from 20,000 to 60,000 pesos monthly. According to authorities, there is no evidence in the investigation file that the accused fulfilled what he promised to any of his victims, nor did he provide supporting documentation of his actions, or return the amounts received.

In this way, Manuel "N" caused significant financial harm to the victims, who emphasize in their statements that to make the necessary financial contributions to the "life project," they took out loans, sold properties, and withdrew their life savings with the aim of achieving a substantial improvement in their retirement.
