The first guests for the awards show have leaked, including Ángela Aguilar and Belinda competing in the same category. Univisión has revealed the first artists that will perform live at the event, such as Ángela Aguilar, Carín León, Camilo, and Natti Natasha, among others.
Carín León and Becky G lead the nominations with ten awards each, while Ángela Aguilar and Belinda compete in the ‘Best Female Collaboration’ category. Ángela is nominated alongside Thalía for the song ‘Troca,’ and Belinda with Kenia Os for the song ‘Jackpot.’ Ángela is, so far, the only confirmed artist at the event, which could lead to a controversial encounter if Belinda attends and meets Christian Nodal at the venue.
In the ‘Best Female Collaboration’ category, eight other nominees are competing, such as Kali Uchis & Karol G with ‘Labios Mordidos’ and María José & Ana Bárbara with ‘Mi Rey, Mi Santo.’ Univisión is organizing the 2025 edition of Premios Lo Nuestro, where the most outstanding artists in Spanish are recognized.
