On the afternoon of this Friday, a multiple collision was registered on the Mexico-Querétaro highway, involving private cars and a fuel truck that exploded. As a result, the road is completely closed. Initial reports indicate that the accident took place in the community of Santa Ana Atzcapotzaltongo in the municipality of Tepeji del Río, after the truck collided with three vehicles.

Caminos y Puentes Federales (Capufe) informed about the total closure of traffic at kilometer 80 of the Mexico-Querétaro highway heading to Mexico City, due to the multiple vehicle collision and the truck fire. So far, it is unknown if there are any injured or deceased individuals in the accident. Authorities are already working in the area.

In the midst of the confusion, a representative of Capufe stated: "Mexico-Querétaro highway, kilometer 80 heading to Mexico City (CDMX). Users are informed that traffic is closed due to a response to a multiple rear-end collision between private vehicles and a truck fire. For more information, call 0-7-4". The severity of the situation forced a complete closure of traffic in the area affected by the incident.
