In the statement, El Tri expressed its sadness over the loss of their companion and brother, describing Lalo Toral as an tireless warrior in all the battles of rock and roll. The band sent their love to Toral's wife, Maggie May, assuring her that they will miss him.

Lalo Toral began his musical career in the 60s, joining the group Los Sparks. Before joining El Tri, where he was a producer and keyboardist, the musician worked on several projects. Since childhood, he dedicated himself to playing various musical instruments such as the guitar and piano. Toral found in Elvis Presley an idol who inspired him in his compositions when he was 13 years old.

Throughout his career, Lalo Toral was part of bands such as Los Locos del Ritmo, Los Yaki, Los Rippers, and other groups before joining El Tri. He also ventured into film, participating in the movies "Sor yeyé" and "Un Quijote sin Mancha." In 1969, he became a producer for Three Souls in my Mind before joining as a keyboardist in El Tri.
