One of the highlighted exhibitions is 'Exiled', a display at the San Ildefonso College presenting works by renowned artists such as Remedios Varo and Kati Horna, among others. This exhibition will be available for visit until April 27, 2025.
The Emiliano Zapata Arts and Crafts Center will offer workshops like 'Neither Silent Nor Pretty: Occupying the School' aimed at creating care and support spaces for women and gender dissidents. Additionally, at the San Ildefonso College, works by established artists will be exhibited as part of the 'Artists in Mexico' showcase.
The UNAM Philharmonic Orchestra will join the cycle of Women's Journeys in Music with a special concert under the direction of Catherine Larsen-Maguire. Meanwhile, percussionist Vanessa Porter will perform the Water Percussion Concerto by Tan Dun, exploring the musicality of water as a solo instrument.
