The Family Camp for a Green Planet is the perfect event for nature and adventure lovers. It will take place on March 29 and 30 at the Zacango Ecological Park. During this event, participants will be able to explore the magic of the forest, learn about reptiles in a special talk, and enjoy a campfire with marshmallow roasting, as well as participate in recreational activities for the whole family.
Alma Tapia Maya, General Director of the State Commission of Natural Parks and Wildlife (Cepanafi), mentioned that these activities are carried out with the aim of promoting family integration and contact with nature. The camp promises unforgettable surprises for all attendees.
To attend the Family Camp, it is necessary to complete a registration form, sign a waiver, and make a recovery payment of 600 pesos per person, which includes dinner, breakfast, and materials for the activities. It is recommended to bring a tent, comfortable and warm clothing, an extra set of clothes, personal hygiene items, mosquito repellent, blankets or sleeping bags, and a flashlight with red cellophane to avoid affecting wildlife. The capacity is limited to 100 people, so it is important to reserve in advance.
