
As part of the Centenary of Radio Education, the National Lottery unveiled the commemorative ticket for Major Draw No. 3952. The broadcaster Radio Education has stood out for its crucial role in promoting culture and education at the national level, offering diverse programming that addresses socially and culturally relevant topics.
The director of the station Radio IPN 95.7 FM, José Enrique Anzures Becerril, announced the creation of the digital signal Polifonías, making the Polytechnic broadcaster the first to support and open space for independent emerging music bands, broadcasting 24 hours a day. Additionally, space will be opened for the academic community of this educational institution in Polimanías.
During the inauguration, the buttons that activated the new digital stations "Polimanía" and "Polifonía" were turned on. This initiative provides an additional option for listeners, strengthening the radio landscape in Mexico. Authorities present at the event included the general director of Radio Education, Jesús Alejo Santiago, the general director of the National Lottery, Marco Antonio Mena Rodríguez, as well as other representatives from public and academic media.
The Secretary of Public Education, Mario Delgado Carrillo, emphasized the importance of public media, such as radio and television, in the life of the country. He highlighted that these media help keep the population informed, foster critical thinking, and strengthen social and historical awareness. Furthermore, he stressed the fundamental role of educational media in the formation of children and young people, delivering quality education to communities across Mexico.
During the Ordinary General Assembly of the National Network of Public Media, the relevance of strengthening public media was highlighted to guarantee the right to information and deepen democratic life in the country. The National Lottery announced that Major Draw No. 3952 will take place on November 26, with a Grand Prize of 21 million pesos in three series and a total pool of 66 million pesos. Tickets are already available for purchase through various sales points.
