Mexican authorities have initiated a procedure against Ticketmaster following complaints from BTS fans about ticket sales issues. The Federal Consumer Prosecutor's Office (Profeco) announced it will investigate the company for providing unclear information to consumers. Additionally, sanctions were announced against resale platforms like StubHub and Viagogo for engaging in abusive and unfair practices. Ticketmaster, in turn, stated that it does not use dynamic pricing and urged fans not to purchase tickets through unofficial platforms, as this poses risks to their validity. The company reported unprecedented demand, with over 2.1 million users trying to purchase 136,400 available tickets.
