The return of RBD to the stage with the "Soy Rebelde Tour" has generated great enthusiasm among fans, who are eager for a new tour in the coming years. However, the band's reunion was marked by a legal issue with their former manager, Guillermo Rosas, related to a disagreement over the profits generated by the tour.
Despite the success of the "Soy Rebelde Tour", the members of RBD believe that this return meant closing an important chapter in the history of the band. Maite Perroni and Dulce María have expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to relive the experience with the fans, but they also feel that it is time to move on.
In the words of Dulce María: "I really think we closed a cycle, I think we should be extremely grateful for everything we were able to share with the fans... we were fortunate to live it twice and that is what I want to hold on to, you know?, with that peace, with the good things." This reflection has disappointed fans who were hoping for a new rebirth of RBD.
Additionally, Dulce María has announced her return to music as a solo artist with the release of her single "Ojalá". Throughout 2023, Anahí Puente, Christopher Uckermann, Maite Perroni, Christian Chávez, and Dulce María performed in various cities around the world in a farewell tour that excited millions of fans in Mexico, the United States, and other countries in Latin America.
