Temperatures in Nuevo León will rise

In the coming days, temperatures in Nuevo León will remain cool, with minimums between two and four degrees for Thursday and Friday. However, the thermometer is expected to rise and by the weekend maximums will reach 22 to 24 degrees, with minimums of 11 to 14 degrees, providing a nearly spring-like climate. After a week of intense cold, the low temperatures will offer relief to the state’s inhabitants despite it still being winter.

On Wednesday, the morning recorded temperatures close to one degree below zero, with a partially cloudy and cold sky. In the afternoon, the sky is expected to partially clear and the environment will remain cold, with a maximum of 11 degrees. During the night, some clouds are anticipated and the cold atmosphere will persist. For Thursday, the forecast is for a maximum of 14 degrees and a minimum of 3 degrees, while for Friday it is expected to be 14 and 4 degrees respectively.

Saturday will present much better conditions, with sunny days and maximum temperatures of 22 degrees and minimums of 11, while Sunday is expected to have maximums of 25 degrees and minimums of 14. The following week is projected as a total recovery in temperature terms, with Friday the 31st being the coldest day at 18 degrees maximum and 10 minimum, and Wednesday the warmest, at 23 degrees maximum and 13 minimum.

For much of the next week, partially cloudy conditions are expected, except on Monday and Tuesday when cloudiness will prevail. Regarding road conditions, some roads were closed due to bad weather conditions, such as the one leading to Laguna de Sánchez at the El Manzano entrance. This route was affected by ice on the road and on the trees, which was melting due to exposure to the sun. Another stretch that was temporarily closed and later reopened was road number 58 from Linares to Iturbide.
