Fátima’s Health Crisis Sparks Controversy in Iztapalapa

The 13-year-old teenager Fátima Maite has been a victim of bullying, cyberbullying, and abuse, according to her mother in a recent statement. The minor is hospitalized and has not yet fully recovered. Her mother stated that Fátima has not been able to speak properly due to sedation and the pain she is experiencing.

Fátima's family has denied the statements made by Mario Delgado, a Mexican politician, regarding the child's health status. They have expressed their dissatisfaction with Delgado's claims, which they consider lacking empathy and seriousness regarding Fátima's delicate situation, who is recovering from surgery for multiple fractures.

The capital's attorney's office has confirmed that Fátima Maite was alone at the time of falling from a height at secondary school 236 in the Iztapalapa borough on February 4. The minor gave her statement on February 28, expressing that she does not remember many circumstances of the incident but assuring that there was no one near her at that moment.

Investigations into Fátima's case are ongoing as efforts are made to clarify what happened. Despite the assertions of politician Mario Delgado that there is no evidence that the teenager was pushed, the family insists that this is a serious situation that requires attention and support.
