Satellite observation of the property on different dates reveals that there have been no substantial changes to the land from November 2021 to February 2022. However, on May 16, 2023, significant changes were observed, with the existence of at least three cavities on the property, according to images captured in March 2025 by @35mmfotografia.

Satellite images from 2011 to 2025 show modifications in the infrastructure and the terrain of Rancho Izaguirre, marking periods of intense activity. For example, between December 2014 and April 2015, the main buildings were constructed. Additionally, 19 circular figures with irregular outlines have been identified in the rear section of the land, some of which may indicate the presence of cavities.

On September 20, 2024, a joint operation by the National Guard and the Mexican Army was carried out at Rancho Izaguirre, culminating in the rescue of two kidnapping victims and the detention of ten individuals involved in abduction.

The property known as Rancho Izaguirre has drawn attention due to the presence of clandestine graves and bone remains, revealing issues of disappearances and its connection to organized crime, specifically the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG).

Over time, numerous indications have been found, including bone remains and personal belongings, within the ranch, suggesting it may have been used as an extermination camp. The collective Families of Missing Persons Warriors Seekers of Jalisco has identified Rancho Izaguirre as a center for "forced recruitment and extermination" operated by organized crime.
