Death of Notary Delays Silvia Pinal's Will

The notary in charge of certifying and legalizing Silvia Pinal's will has passed away, which has generated more controversy regarding the inheritance of The Diva of Mexico, who died on November 28, 2024. After the heirs of Silvia met in December for the reading of the will, it was reported that there was discontent regarding the distribution. However, Pinal's relatives claim that they had gathered at the request of María Elena Galindo, sister of Tina Galindo, who was named executor of Silvia after Tina's death.

Journalist Martha Figueroa revealed on the show 'Con Permiso', which she hosts with Juan José Origel, that the notary in charge of Silvia Pinal's will has passed away. Although details about the cause or date of the official's death were not provided, Figueroa mentioned that the newly appointed notary is investigating the case. This news has caused discomfort in Silvia's family, as some members are eager to know the actress's wishes.

According to Figueroa's report, the investigations by the new notary could extend up to three months, so it is expected that Silvia's wishes will be revealed by mid-April. Recently, Silvia Pinal's former assistant, Efigenia Ramos, stated in an interview that the 'Viridiana' actress had not left Frida Sofía or any other family member unprotected.
