Imelda Tuñón, daughter-in-law of Maribel Guardia, has decided to speak openly about the accusations against her after her mother-in-law reported that she abandoned her son to go out partying. The young woman defended herself in an exclusive interview with the television program 'De Primera Mano' hosted by Gustavo Adolfo Infante.
Imelda assured that she does not use drugs and denied the accusations that involved her in the use of illicit substances. Regarding some videos that were leaked showing her collecting packages behind a figure of the Virgin of Guadalupe, she explained that it was a vaporizer.
The situation became even more complicated when Imelda was accused of hitting Julián Figueroa, her ex-partner and the father of her child, when he tried to take her out of the bars where she was in an inconvenient state. The magazine TVNotas published these accusations, which generated a great media uproar.
In the interview, Imelda could not hold back her tears when talking about the worry she feels for her 7-year-old son, whom she has not seen for a week. She expressed her anguish about how to explain the situation to the child and how it would affect his relationship with his father, Julián.
The young woman underwent a drug test to prove that she does not use drugs and announced that the results would be negative. She also mentioned that Maribel Guardia's family is also concerned about the well-being of the child, despite the tensions between both parties.
Imelda appeared distressed by the possibility that her son perceives that he is not wanted and that his situation is so delicate at such a young age. The young woman is determined to clear her name and fight to regain custody of her son, thus facing the legal challenges that have arisen against her.
