According to information spread on social media, the man in question would be a pilot named Victor Manuel Torres Picasso, and it was rumored that Maribel Guardia's husband had physically attacked him.
In an interview with Gustavo Adolfo Infante, Maribel's daughter-in-law, Imelda Tuñón, was questioned about these accusations. She categorically denied such claims and denied having anyone in underwear in her room. Furthermore, when asked about the alleged pilot, Imelda stated that the accusations were false and requested evidence to support those claims.
