The National Institute of Transparency (Inai) was under heavy media pressure following the public complaint of a sexual harassment case involving an official, Óscar Flores. In an initial attempt to protect this individual, Inai ultimately decided to remove him from his position after pressure from the media. In this regard, the reaction of the ruling party deputies is eagerly awaited concerning the pending reform. There is a hypothesis that Ricardo Monreal, the ruling party leader, will not make significant changes to facilitate the political ambitions of his brother. On the other hand, it is mentioned that Alfonso Ramírez Cuéllar, a deputy coordinator with ties to Sheinbaum, could influence San Lázaro to overturn the controversial decisions of other politicians. Furthermore, the importance of not leaving these decisions in the hands of politicians is emphasized, highlighting the need to ensure transparency and ethics in politics. Additionally, additional pressure exerted by Inai to eliminate information from a former official is noted, adding a new element to an already tension-filled and intrigue-ridden political scenario. In this context, uncertainty arises regarding possible reprisals and consequences of the actions taken.
