In Tlaltizapán, Morelos, a hairdresser identified as Yaret Karina "La Kari", 33 years old, has been detained by agents from the Arrest Group of the Criminal Investigation Agency (AIC). The woman faces accusations of having caused injuries to a neighbor named Beatriz after a dispute related to the use of electric service.
According to the version of events presented by the authorities, Beatriz visited Karina on December 22, 2021, to ask her to stop benefiting from her electricity supply and to contract the service separately. This complaint enraged "La Kari", who shortly after burst into Beatriz's house and physically assaulted her in the yard, causing various injuries to her face and body.
Beatriz sought help, and Yaret Karina's husband intervened to stop the aggression. Following the victim's complaint, an arrest warrant was issued against the hairdresser, culminating in her detention in the Alfredo V. Bonfil neighborhood of Tlaquiltenango. Currently, Yaret Karina is in custody at the "Morelos" Social Reintegration Center in Atlacholoaya, Xochitepec, awaiting her initial hearing.
