Through real-life accounts, she highlighted issues such as workplace harassment, lack of recognition, and denial of basic rights, such as breastfeeding, which continue to be obstacles for many professionals. The judge emphasized that the possibility of achieving gender parity presents an opportunity that must not be missed.
