Citizens who requested the renewal or replacement of their voter ID have until March 31 to collect their official document, according to the National Electoral Institute (INE). People must go to the Citizen Attention Module where they processed their voter ID and collect it on time to participate in the judicial election on June 1, where judges, ministers, and magistrates will be elected.
If the voter ID is not collected within the established period, the INE will safeguard the documents and their owners can collect them after June 2. The INE calls on citizens who made changes of address or requested replacement and renewal of the voter ID to collect the document before the deadline on March 31.
