This council, made up of former heads of state, ministers, and leaders in agricultural sciences and policies, has appointed Villalobos for his vast experience in agronomy, agricultural economics, and environmental sciences, with more than four decades of experience in these fields.

His deep scientific knowledge and extensive experience in policies make him an invaluable asset to the foundation and its goals. Villalobos will contribute his expertise to this vital cause.

Victor Villalobos Arámbula, who previously served as Secretary of Agriculture and Rural Development in the government of Andrés Manuel López Obrador, is an Agricultural Engineer with a master's degree in Plant Genetics from the Universidad Autónoma de Chapingo.
