The Attorney General's Office of the State of Chiapas reported that, in collaboration with the Attorney General's Office of Oaxaca, Christian "N", the partner of Yudiel "N", known as "El Coyote Consentido" in Matías Romero, has been detained. This event comes after Yudiel "N" was found dead in the State Center for Social Reintegration for Sentenced Persons No. 14, also known as "El Amate".
Yudiel "N"'s partner is being accused of entering the prison multiple times since 2021 accompanied by minors whom she passed off as her children during visits to Yudiel "N". Investigations reveal at least five entries of minors accompanied by her, with one of the minors being under her legal guardianship.
Following the death of Yudiel "N", authorities seized his cell phone, which contained videos and photographs of allegedly illicit content recorded in his cell. This discovery sparked two lines of investigation, one for qualified murder and another for crimes related to child abuse material and the illegal exercise of public service.
The Chiapas Attorney General's Office alleges that Yudiel "N" acted as the main provider of illegal content for an international distribution network. Additionally, four prison guards were arrested for allegedly allowing the entry of minors without applying the appropriate controls.
A search warrant was issued against Pascual "N", former director of "El Amate", for alleged responsibility in omissions related to these events, offering a reward of 500,000 pesos for information leading to his whereabouts. Meanwhile, authorities are investigating two inmates, Francisco Aarón and Marco Antonio, as suspected responsible for the death of Yudiel "N", as they were found in cells adjacent to the influencer's, where traces of blood and tools that could have been used to open the victim's cell were discovered.
The Attorney General's Office reiterated that investigations are ongoing, with coordination with authorities from Oaxaca to transfer the detained woman to Chiapas to face the corresponding judicial process. Yudiel "N" accumulated sentences equivalent to 119 years, 9 months, and 10 days in prison for crimes such as human trafficking in the form of child exploitation, child pornography, and aggravated rape against a girl.
