**Mexico has completed the restoration of electricity after the heavy rains in five states, including Mexico City, Puebla, Keritara, San Luis Potosí and Veracruz**
The Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) announced the full restoration of energy supply in the affected regions, scheduled after the downpour, mostly in the evening. An official representative informed that engineers restored the network in such areas as Edo de Mexico, Puebla, Keritara, San-Luis-Potosi and Verakrus.
**The work to restore infrastructure has been completed** CFE reported that, for the maintenance of subsequent service life, 1622 electricians, 503 heavy machines, 219 manipulators, six helicopters, seven drones and seven quadricycles were assigned. Despite the full restoration of energy supply, specialists plan to stay on sites for further work on infrastructure maintenance.
**Students returned to schools** According to the Ministry of Education, 182,610 students from 2442 educational centers, served by the authorities, have again occupied in non-hazardous and decontaminated premises. In 229 schools, the remote education continues for 26,105 students.
**The restoration program is financed from the state budget** The Education Minister of Mexico, Maria Dalgado, confirmed that an exhaustive plan for school restoration, financed by the Agroasemex fund on a sum of 3.2 billion pesos (approximately 176 million dollars).
**Loans for assistance** According to government data, in the result of the disaster, which resulted in 80 people and led to 18 non-reimbursable losses, were shut down five shelters.
