The Attorney General's Office of Justice of Mexico City (FGJCDMX) reported that Simon 'N' was detained due to two outstanding arrest warrants. 'I am well and in good health,' he said, adding, 'I escaped by a miracle.' Although he obtained an injunction in 2022, it became null and void due to his second non-attendance. In the second case, initiated in November 2021, the accused accumulated five absences from hearings for threats and intentional damage to property, which led to the issuance of another outstanding warrant in August 2022. The FGJCDMX also emphasized that 'the person mentioned in this communiqué is considered innocent and will be treated as such at all stages of the procedure, until their responsibility is declared through a final sentence.'
