According to ASPA, the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport (SICT) issued authorization to foreign pilots through the Federal Civil Aviation Agency (AFAC).
Mexico authorizes foreign pilots to work in the country
The Mexican government has authorized foreign pilots to work in the country through the Federal Civil Aviation Agency. The decision was made by the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport.
