Tatiana Clouthier presented a report on her first year as head of the Institute of Mexicans Abroad (IMME), where she stated her position on the recent violence against migrants in the United States and the resulting protests. She considered that violent demonstrations are not the best way to achieve justice and urged her fellow citizens not to resort to them. "Everyone can make the decision they want to make, but we say no to violence," Clouthier said. "That we, as individuals, cannot initiate violence from our side, but if any other person or authority initiates it, we must remain non-violent. I am of the idea that when I disagree with something, I must do what I have to do to move the issue in the direction I want it to go." Everyone has free will over what to do. In this sense, she advised always having the CIAM phone number or lawyers at hand and filing complaints for any situation that occurs outside the law," the official added. Additionally, she provided data such as assistance to 990,000 people, the donation of textbooks, and cultural programs delivered by her agency, among other actions. In parallel, in the Morena environment, the low turnout of 4T actors in the state was highlighted. Her report was to the media, with only seven collaborators from her agency, at the Federal Palace of Guadalupe. This raises doubts about the official's intention to run for governorship, as it contrasts with the bombastic reports of Andrés Mijes or Judith Díaz, although in Clouthier's circle they believe that without this promotion she still maintains considerable electoral traction.
