"Let this assembly bear witness that the judicial powers of the country are united in the defense of the rule of law, legality, and the institutions of the Republic," she said. She stated that to the extent that the Superior Courts of Justice support the rule of law, Mexico will be strong, assured the president of the National Commission of Superior Courts of Justice of the United Mexican States CONATRIB. "I ask for the floor so that from CONATRIB we can unite voices and not only postpone the judicial elections but also postpone the national code of civil procedures, because we are training judicial staff and judges who even reached an election and we do not know if they will remain in the Judicial Power. I hope that these issues can be taken into account in decision-making at the national level," pointed out the magistrate. During the session of the First Ordinary Plenary Assembly, the presiding magistrate, Córdova Rodríguez, had an active participation, standing out for her contributions to the topics addressed and reaffirming her commitment to institutional strengthening.
