Governor of Nuevo León, Samuel García Sepúlveda, officially appointed Félix Arratia Cruz as the head of the Secretariat of Equality and Inclusion. Arratia Cruz emphasized his commitment to staying close to the people, maintaining contact with those who trust the government, and ensuring development reaches all corners of Nuevo León, especially Juárez, which will always be a priority. Throughout his career, he has held various positions, including Secretary of the Environment and Undersecretary in the state government, where he promoted actions in urban planning, institutional strengthening, and close attention to citizens. The governor stated that he invited Arratia due to his outstanding capabilities and unwavering commitment to the state. Upon accepting the appointment, Arratia announced that he would lead efforts to strengthen policies aimed at reducing inequality gaps and ensuring greater opportunities for citizens. He also reiterated that he will maintain a permanent bond with the municipality of Juárez to remain attentive to its needs.
