Videos were spread on social media showing vehicles and businesses on fire in Villahermosa, Tabasco. At noon, there were reports of looting and burning of an OXXO in the La Manga II neighborhood. It is worth noting that social media users shared images of cars affected by the "tire slashers."
According to local reports, a group of at least six men on motorcycles arrived at the scene of an incident to rob and subsequently set fire to the location. Other incidents included the burning of a soft drink distribution truck in the Río Tinto ranch and two public service vans in the municipality of Nacajuca.
