Michelle Rubalcava revealed that Adrián Marcelo charged 100 thousand pesos to René Franco for an exclusive interview for his YouTube channel. According to Rubalcava, Franco would have paid that amount to obtain the scoop. In response to these accusations, Franco stated: 'Whatever I got from the interview, I don't care. And that, well, yes, it bothers everyone else but what blame do I have for doing my job well.'
Franco added: 'Envy has a thousand faces,' dismissing the claims and declaring that he does not care what others think. He then questioned the source of the information and blocked those who insulted him or spread the alleged monetary agreement.
Rubalcava asserted that the interview took place in Los Angeles, California, and that besides the agreed payment, they also agreed to share the profits from the monetization of the YouTube video. These allegations generated controversy on social media, as Franco firmly denied the claims and blocked those who supported them.
Franco denied paying for the interview and defended his decision to grant it to a program he considers the best in Mexico. In light of the controversy, Rubalcava assured that Franco directly responded to her and defended himself against the accusations.
