Deputy Raúl Lozano Caballero was appointed as the liaison between the different benches and the Executive to promote proposals that will allow for obtaining more resources in the Union Congress. In addition to the Mexico-Laredo Train, they aim to secure funding for the Interserrana highway and the Road Infrastructure Fund.

Although there were no disagreements, there was concern over the state’s financial crisis. In contrast to local meetings, the idea of focusing on specific areas of common interest prevailed in this meeting to fight for an effective allocation of funds.
In the words of the deputy, the importance lies in concentrating efforts on two or three specific topics where the majority of legislators converge, leveraging their position on the Budget Committee to advocate for a greater allocation of resources.
