The Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) is in a phase of scarcity of electoral victories and has now resorted to the strategy used by López Obrador of involving the people in its decisions. Its leader in San Lázaro, Rubén Moreira, announced that the federal legislators of the party will invite citizens to participate in an exercise to gather their needs. They will present an 'alternative budget' for public spending in 2025 based on citizen proposals.

In contrast, the leader of the National Action Party (PAN), Marko Cortés, has faced criticism following his recent statements on social programs. Despite this, he has generated controversy by visiting Spain. This move has drawn attention, although it is unlikely to have a significant impact unless new controversies arise.

On the other hand, the Specialized Regional Chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Power of the Federation (TEPJF) determined that Movimiento Ciudadano and its former presidential candidate, Jorge Álvarez Máynez, benefited from social media messages from the governor of Nuevo León, Samuel García. There is a possibility that García will face sanctions depending on the decision of the local Congress.

Regarding Sinaloa, the growing violence has highlighted the lack of authority and effectiveness of the government of Rubén Rocha Moya in security matters. A national consultation has been announced to gauge the opinions of the population on public spending. Additionally, Rocha Moya met with members of the People's Party to address the issue of populism.

In the real estate sector, problems have been reported in developments in the municipalities of Benito Juárez and Cuauhtémoc. Recently, vehicle thefts targeting political figures were recorded on the Culiacán-Mazatlán maxipista. Furthermore, it is noted that Global Businesses Inc., under the direction of Federico Cerdas Ortiz, has failed to deliver properties to over 100 buyers since 2021, leading to a complaint with the Attorney General's Office.

The situation presented in various political and social aspects reflects a diverse landscape in the national scene, with challenges and controversies that require attention and solutions from the relevant authorities.
