He highlighted the department's willingness to engage in dialogue and collaborate in building a consensual project that benefits the population.

The deadline for the federal Executive to present the Economic Package, which includes the general criteria for economic policy, the Federal Revenue Law, and the Federal Expenditure Budget, expires this Friday, November 15. Ramírez de la O reaffirmed the commitment to maintain healthy public finances to safeguard macroeconomic stability and foster investment and employment.

During his intervention, the Secretary of Finance highlighted that, despite an increase in debt due to the 8.5% GDP drop in 2020, it was reduced to 49% of GDP last year, despite the increase in social spending and public investment.

The deputies ratified the appointments of several key officials in the SHCP, including Édgar Abraham Amador Zamora as Undersecretary, Antonio Martínez Dagnino as head of the Tax Administration Service, and other high-ranking positions in areas such as tax auditing, collection, and coordination with federal entities.
