Two 19-year-old youths were arrested in Coyoacán, Mexico City, after being caught stealing a toy claw machine from a local business. Following a police chase, they were apprehended and are pending legal action.

In the Coyoacán mayor's office of Mexico City, two 19-year-olds were arrested after stealing a claw machine from a local business. The individuals were intercepted by police officers after stealing the machine and fleeing in a gray truck.

Upon inspecting the vehicle, the coin-operated claw machine was found, which the youths could not justify as their property. After being detained, their constitutional rights were read to them and they were presented to the Public Ministry agent along with the machine and the seized vehicle to determine their legal situation.

The robbery was reported by someone who informed the authorities that several individuals had taken the game and skill machine from an establishment. The suspects loaded the machine into the truck and fled the scene, initiating a police chase through the streets of the mayor's office.

The capital police, in coordination with C2 Sur, implemented a virtual perimeter to locate the criminals and managed to identify the vehicle at the intersection of Avenue Eje 10 and Antonio Delfín Madrigal. After a brief pursuit, the youths attempted to flee in different directions but were caught by SSC officials.

The police officers conducted a preventive search on the detainees according to the operational protocol. This peculiar case of stealing a claw machine ended with the detention of the two involved, who were taken to the relevant authorities to determine their responsibility in the committed crime.
