León Takes Lead in La Liga MX after Week 7

In the 7th matchday of the 2025 Clausura tournament of Liga MX, León has crowned as the new leader after nine matches. The emerald team regained the top position by defeating Atlético San Luis on Sunday. This victory, combined with América's defeat against Necaxa, has propelled León to the top of the table, leaving América three points behind.

In other significant results, Tigres UANL placed third after defeating Cruz Azul, while Pachuca reached fourth with a victory over Pumas. Meanwhile, Monterrey achieved their second win of the season by crushing Querétaro, lifting them out of the bottom of the table.
