Red Bull Loses Sponsors After Checo Pérez's Departure

The Red Bull team dismissed Checo Pérez due to poor results obtained in the 2024 Formula 1 season. However, this decision had a high cost for the Austrian team, as it was the team that lost the most sponsors for the 2025 season.

In total, 12 brands ceased to be sponsors of Red Bull after the termination of Checo Pérez's contract, among them Bybit, Inter.mx, HP, Poly, Blenders, Zoom, Built for Athletes, Arctic Wolf, Sui, and EA Sports, as well as Carlos Slim's companies, Telcel and Claro. It is estimated that the loss of sponsorships exceeds 100 million dollars, considering that Bybit contributed 50 million dollars per season, while Telcel and Claro each paid around 15 million dollars.

Despite these losses, Red Bull remains solid as it retains Oracle as its main sponsor, which contributes approximately 100 million dollars annually. Additionally, the team has secured agreements with brands like Gate.io, Philips, neat., 1Password, and Ava Trade.

Checo Pérez will not compete in Formula 1 this 2025. However, there is a high possibility that he could return next year with Cadillac, a team that will debut in the circuit as the eleventh participant in the competition.
