Guido Pizarro Involved in Violent Incident After Match

The technical director of Tigres UANL, Guido Pizarro, was the protagonist of a new episode of violence by physically attacking a member of the staff of the Concacaf Champions Cup. This incident took place after his team's elimination at the hands of Cruz Azul, which won with an aggregate score of 2-1.

In a video circulated on social media, Guido Pizarro can be seen arguing with several people who supposedly belong to the Concacaf work team. Although the official identities of those involved have not been confirmed, the images show the Argentine strategist confronting and pushing members of the tournament staff, apparently over decisions related to the defeat against Cruz Azul.

In a moment of tension, Pizarro loses control and physically assaults an adult man, which could lead to disciplinary sanctions. So far, Concacaf has not issued an official statement regarding this matter, but it is expected that in the coming days the situation will be clarified and a possible sanction for the Argentine coach will be determined.

This is not the first violent incident involving Guido Pizarro. Previously, during the Clásico Regio against Rayados, the Argentine strategist was captured slapping Germán Lux, assistant coach of Martín Demichelis, head coach of Monterrey, which resulted in a three-match suspension in Liga MX. These events have again called into question the behavior of the technical director, generating controversy in the sports realm.
