
The governor of Aguascalientes, Tere Jiménez, praised the significant work of women entrepreneurs who, by pursuing their goals, manage to strengthen micro, small, and medium enterprises, being responsible for the creation of 7 out of every 10 jobs in Mexico. In a message of support, the governor expressed: "I believe in you." She highlighted the fundamental role of the business sector and workers in the economic growth of Aguascalientes, establishing the state as one of the most attractive for investment and business, with an economic increase of 6.2%, surpassing the national average and ranking among the 5 economies with the highest development.
The governor emphasized her government's commitment to generating the appropriate conditions to promote economic development, paying special attention to security as a priority. Concrete actions are being implemented that have positioned Aguascalientes as one of the safest entities in Mexico, increasing investor confidence and fostering job creation.
During an event, Mauricio Duarte Rodríguez, regional director of Grupo Financiero Banorte, acknowledged the support provided by Governor Tere Jiménez, highlighting her as an ally in creating a favorable environment for entrepreneurship. In his words, he thanked the boost received, which has led to Aguascalientes currently enjoying a prosperous economy and ideal conditions for doing business.
The meeting also included prominent figures such as Conchita Miranda, Jorge Zenteno, Esaú Garza de Vega, Fausta Citlali Jaramillo Chávez, Juana María Hernández, Estrella González, Silvia Buenrostro Barba, Irma Patricia Muñoz de León, and Katia Goya Ostos. The governor reiterated her support for women entrepreneurs during the Mujer PyME Banorte event, encouraging them to persevere in pursuing their objectives and opportunities.
Jiménez emphasized that hard work, persistence, and determination are key to achieving success, citing Banorte as an example of these values. In her final words, she urged women to trust themselves, not to give up, and to continue seeking opportunities to realize their dreams, as these can indeed come true.
