Calderón's case went viral more than two years ago when he was filmed filming a woman in a red dress near the Municipal Presidency of Celaya, Guanajuato. The young victim noticed Calderón's behavior thanks to a warning from another person who also witnessed the situation, which was recorded by the municipal presidency cameras.
In a viral video, Calderón is seen following Tamara and taking photos under her dress. After reporting the incident, Tamara expressed her desire for the aggressor not to go unpunished for his actions. The victim stated: 'Today a man followed me and took photos under my dress. I ran to catch him, but he escaped.'
