Eneyda Rocha Ruiz, recently appointed representative of the National System for the Integral Development of the Family (DIF) in Sinaloa, maintains secrecy about her private life. According to an official statement from the Government of Sinaloa, Eneyda has a degree in computer science and holds a master's degree in economic and financial engineering from the Autonomous University of Sinaloa, as well as a doctorate in administrative sciences from the University of the West. Until 2021, she served as a research professor at UAS, linked to the University Computing Center.
In contrast, it has been made public that in July 2024, her brother Ricardo was dismissed from UAS due to conflicts with the organic law of the institution. On the other hand, both she and her brothers maintain a low profile on social media and in the media. The governor of Sinaloa, Rubén Rocha Moya, has been the subject of controversy following the capture of Ismael 'El Mayo' Zambada and his alleged connection to drug trafficking activities in Mexico.
The growing violence in the state has been exacerbated by disputes between Los Chapitos and the Sinaloa Cartel faction led by 'El Mayo'. Recently, flyers threatening the governor were circulated, and a narco banner urged him to cancel the 2024 Livestock Fair. Despite these challenges, it is unknown whether any of Rocha Moya's children participate in government or public administration. The governor married Socorro Ruiz Carrasco in 1973, and together they had four children: Eneyda, Rubén, Ricardo, and José Jesús Rocha Ruiz.
Eneyda Rocha Ruiz, mother of Isabella and Ivanna and wife of Jorge, is recognized on social media for her work at the DIF of Sinaloa, without sharing personal aspects on these platforms.
